Supplies:
Worsted weight yarn, any color
I suggest slightly larger safety eyes to “pop” through his wrappings.
Gauze or strips of fabric for “wrapping”
F – hook
Yarn needle
Poly – fil stuffing

Terms:
hk – hook
ch – chain
sc – single crochet
inc – increase ( 2sc in same stitch )
dec – decrease ( sc two stitches together )

Head:
Ch 2
1. 6sc in second ch from hk – 6
2. 2sc in each st around – 12
3. ( sc, inc )6x – 18
4. ( sc 2, inc )6x – 24
5. ( sc 3, inc )6x – 30
6 – 11. sc around – 30 each row
12. ( sc 3, dec )6x – 24
13. ( sc 2, dec )6x – 18
14. ( sc, dec )6x – 12
15. *front loops only in this row* , ( sc, inc )6x – 18
Begin Stuffing, make sure to stuff head firmly.
16 – 23. sc around – 18 each row
24. ( sc, dec )6x – 12
25. dec 6 times
Fasten off, sew shut, weave in ends

Legs:
Ch 2
1. 5sc in second ch from hk – 5
2. 2sc in each st around – 10
3. ( sc, inc )5x – 15
4 – 5. sc around – 15 each row
6. ( sc, dec )5x – 10
7 – 8. sc around – 10 each row
Stuff foot
9. ( sc 3, dec )2x – 8
10 – 11. sc around – 8 each row
Sew top flat, leave tail for sewing to body.

Arms:
Ch 2
1. 5sc in second ch from hk – 5
2. 2sc in each st around – 10
3 – 4. sc around – 10 each row
5. ( sc 3, dec )2x – 8
6. sc around – 8
Stuff hand
7. ( sc 2, dec )2x – 6
8 – 9. sc around – 6
Sew top flat, leave tail for sewing to body.

Assembly:
Sew on legs however you’d like
Sew on arms
For his wrapping; I cut strips about an inch wide and wrapped his head first. Then move from arm, across body to next arm. Working your way down to legs.
Weave in all ends.
