  2. I’m really into this desing, love it! But I’m laying it all out and I seem to have a few issues, when you say “inc” you mean next two sc in one or add one sc in the last stitch?
If you mean “next two sc in one stitch” then row 21 would add up to 28 stitches. 22b would add up to 35, but 28 would add up to the supposed 36 stitches, so I’m all messed up 😦 Row 29 would add up to 33 but row 31 adds up perfectly.

There are two rows 22, which makes me wonder if you need to sc around 23,24,25,26,27 or 24,25,26,27, or 24,25,26,27,28.

Looking forward to your reply, would love to make this beautiful jiji ^^

    1. Ok, first thank you so much for bringing this to my attention!
Inc does stand for 2sc in the same stitch.
There is not supposed to be two row #22!! That somehow slipped past me while proof reading…
I have no idea where I got those numbers. I blame it entirely on crocheting late at night with black yarn. Which of course I was just doing trying to figure out what I did. Hence the delay in the answer.
I have updated the pattern, you are not crazy, your numbers were the right ones! Hopefully it reads and works properly now. Let me know how it goes!

      1. Hey, I finally got time to check it out and I’m getting weird numbers on row 21 (I haven’t done it yet, I just go through the numbers of every pattern, because math makes everything clearer, at least for me)
Row 21 according to the new count goes a total of 6 stitches times 3, so that’s eighteen. 3 increases, and that’s 6. Then you have 4 stitches. 18+6+4=28
        (correct me if I’m wrong)
And it’s so wonderful that you take the time to go back to patterns you shared and make them tidier. (of course that’s not a backhand way of telling to correct it again, I’m really sincere on this point)

      2. So that would be 6 stitches plus 2 ( the increase ) equaling 8 total done three times. That would be a total of 24 plus the last four as singles making a row total of 28. Hopefully that cleared it up a bit for you. Let me know!

      3. Perfect, my count exactly, on the pattern it says 25, that’s why I was asking, so if you go by the final count on round 22 you go around with 25 stitches, but if you go with the formula you go around 28 stitches.
